Symptoms of Paraquat Exposure

Paraquat exposure can happen via ingestion, inhalation, and contact with the skin. Ingestion has also been reported to cause brain damage. Paraquat may cause lung damage, organ failure, or central nervous system problems that could lead to Parkinson’s disease. Tremors, imbalance, lack of coordination, slow or stiff movements, and walking difficulties are symptoms of this central nervous system condition.
